Brian Lee Bender is on the rise, blending his classic rock and pop infused sounds into modern country. Like most artists, he got his start covering other performers. After spending time perfecting his craft by learning multiple instruments and the art of delivering a well crafted song; he gained what would become a lifelong passion. Earlier on: he topped out the casino circuit, and performing on a USO tour and playing hit songs from big bands. Fearing that he might end up being "forgettable," he paid many dues along the way to find his own voice.
Bending The Rules
Brian's motives turned to making something honest, relatable, universal, and worthy of someone's time. "I feel that those who are dedicated to their craft, who are good people at heart, and who use their gifts to make someone's day better are the people who have influenced me the most. That being said, there is a ton of good music out there in many genres. To be fair, I just give credit to musical goodness - as in I know it when I hear it." After he began releasing original works, he has since published 50 original songs, 3 full length CD's, 1 EP and featured on compilations.
