(Nashville, TN) – The Snorty Horse Saloon (1624 Jade Rd, Columbia, MO 65201) plays host to a very special evening of country music with the iconic Waymore’s Outlaws, on Friday, April 13th. Waymore’s Outlaws consists of former members of Waylon Jennings’ recording and touring band, The Waylors, featuring Richie Albright, Waylon’s original drummer (joined Waylon & the Waylors in 1964), bassman Jerry “Jigger” Bridges (spent over two decades on the road with Waylon), and legendary steel guitarist, Fred Newell (recorded many albums with Waylon and joined him in the 90’s after the late and legendary Ralph Mooney retired from the road). Add Waylon’s protégé, lead guitarist and singer Tommy Townsend, and you have a chance to put Outlaw country music back on the right track. Waymore’s Outlaws keeps the spirit and music of Waylon Jennings alive today; they’ll perform a plethora of Waylon Jennings’ classics as well as material from their new album release, Same Ol’ Outlaws.
